Attention all parents of 5th, 7th, and 9th graders!
The Physical Fitness Test (PFT) for California schools is just around the corner! Learners in grades 5, 7, and 9 will be participating in February. We try to make this a fun activity for our learners, so our theme for this year is “LOVE YOUR HEART”. Learners can wear red or pink to show they are going to love their heart by staying healthy!
The PFT encompasses the following skills:
Shoulder Stretch
Push-Ups
Trunk Lift
Curl-Up
One-Mile Run
