National Special Education Day is celebrated every year on December 2! This day commemorates the anniversary of our nation’s first federal special education law, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, signed by President Ford on December 2, 1975. On this day we honor the milestones that have been achieved for special education and celebrate our Student Support team.
Exploration celebrates learners of all abilities and encourages you to read books about Disabilities for Kids.
