- Watch Sam Berns speak about his philosophy for a happy life and discuss any takeaways you have from his talk.
- Look for ways to be optimistic during the week, expecting good things to happen. At the end of the week, share things you noticed or learned about being optimistic.
- Write and draw about something you are optimistic about and look forward to in your future.
