Kalos Sthenos Fitness [S]

Kalos Sthenos Fitness provides a kids strength and conditioning program that is geared towards educating the student from a variety of fitness aspects proper warm up, learning foundational core exercises, learning core lifts that are used in all strength and conditioning programs, mobility flexibility, and providing a fun environment to learn in. We are located in the heart of Santa Clarita and have been servicing the community as Kalos Sthenos Fitness since 2011.
