Challenge of the Week: Physical Fitness Testing

Attention, All Parents of 5th, 7th, and 9th Graders!

In the spring of 2020, all 5th, 7th, and 9th graders in California participate in physical fitness testing. Your “challenge” in preparation for the test is to start having your child practice these skills now and throughout the year. By starting now, you can better prepare them to meet the spring’s physical fitness goals!
How to Prepare: Below are the videos for each test that will be given to 5th, 7th, and 9th grade iLEAD learners. Please view them with your learner and encourage them to practice so they’re familiar with the activities. On the day of the PFT, everyone is there to encourage, have a good time, and simply do the best they can. Please note: The videos may take a few moments to load.
