Challenge of the Week
This week’s challenge involves the importance of practice. One important reason to take a practice test is to become familiar with what the test looks like and how to best answer questions. The point of a practice test is not to get a perfect score, so work with your child to help them navigate the CAASPP program. To practice, visit the CASSPP practice test website. You can use this site to take practice and training tests. Some questions require you to select one answer; others require you to type a short answer, draw a picture, or complete another type of open-ended task. It really does look just like the practice test!
Here’s a video you can watch with your child to learn about all the tools available to them within the CAASPP test.
