Physical Fitness Testing (PFT)

Calling all 5th, 7th, and 9th graders. You should have received an email from your Educational Facilitator regarding our upcoming Physical Fitness Testing (PFT). Every year, we pick a theme. This year, our PFT theme this year is: iLEAD Learners are Like Superheros: We have “Too Much Grit to Quit”. Learners can wear any superhero shirts or gear they have to show they have GRIT and are going to stay healthy and not quit! Use the links below to help you better prepare for this test:
