We focus on Early Childhood Physical Education which allows kids to gain strength and self-esteem. Our Gym class incorporates relays, games, basic gymnastics, and sports skills. Dance classes are taught in a progressive learning system and consist of Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Hip Hop. In our Karate classes, children learn the basics of Martial Arts and build a sound foundation for their future as Martial Artists. Kicking, punching, and blocking techniques will instill confidence and self-awareness while developing speed, balance, and overall coordination.
