Riverside Dickens Festival

dickenslogo 2

On Feb. 23 and 24, the Dickens Fest (located in Riverside) will be celebrating the life and works of author Charles Dickens and his impact on society. Many vendors sell Victorian-era clothing in case guests feel inspired to dress up. There is also traditional food including fish and chips, meat pies, scones, Welsh cakes, Scotch eggs and, of course, tea.
The street festival is free, but some of the paid events include a Victorian “high tea”, a Victorian fashion show, and a concert by Evensong. Click here for event tickets.
Festival attractions include 30-plus vendors and entertainers from all around to bring the greatest Victorian goods and experiences. Here is a complete list of vendors, entertainers, and food.
