Fostering a Growth Mindset

Mindset-heads

Are you interested in helping your learner develop a growth mindset? Children who have a growth mindset are more likely to learn from their mistakes, take challenges head on, and be motivated to succeed. The opposite would be a fixed mindset, where children fear failure and tend to avoid challenges.

To learn more about cultivating a growth mindset, please explore these Ted Ed and Edutopia videos. There are also many read-aloud books for elementary and books for middle and high school learners.
