Credit for High School Over the Summer
Does your learner want to get ahead for high school next year or need to make up credit for a course?
With the option for summer school this year, your learner can take one to two courses for high school credit. Over the summer, courses are very accelerated because a learner is completing the work for a semester over a much shorter period of time. There are a few ways to do this.
1. A learner can take an iLEAD online course (or a high school course with one of our approved online vendors). The online courses typically require one week’s work in a day. Learners can expect to spend about three hours a day (per course) on work.
2. A learner can take a course from home or at a learning center using our course guidelines.
3. A learner can also take a community college course.
