Women’s History Month Project
Please join iLEAD educational facilitators on Tuesday, March 26, at 1 p.m. at Valencia Heritage Park (24155 Newhall Ranch Rd.) in Santa Clarita to learn more about Juliette “Daisy” Gordon. iLEAD EF Suzanne Roberts will be portraying real-life “Daisy” to share all about her life as the founder of Girl Scouts.
In addition, learners and their families will have the opportunity to participate in a STEM challenge that is great for all ages. Learners will be making a paddle boat out of recycled materials. Come join us and, if you can, please bring a recycled water bottle, plastic milk jugs, duct tape or waterproof tape, rubber bands, straws, and chopsticks if you have any extra!
Please RSVP HERE.
